The academy reminds researchers that the deadline for submitting full papers to the annual scientific conference is midnight on 15 September 2026, Baghdad time.
Papers are submitted only through the research portal, in PDF and to the academy's approved template, with a body of no more than eight thousand words including tables and references.
Submissions are double-blind reviewed by at least two referees, and review outcomes are communicated on 20 October 2026.
Papers received after the deadline or departing from the approved template will not be considered, and individual extensions are not granted.
